Formed Alpha Modus Financial Services to own and operate the Alpha Cash platform end-to-end, internalizing deployment for full operational scale.
TransPecos Banks and Synctera.
Secured the prepaid debit program and embedded-banking infrastructure that powers the Alpha Cash platform.
National retailer, Texas.
Signed a pilot agreement to deploy approximately 100 Alpha Cash kiosks across a major national retailer's Texas store network.
Building the services stack.
Signed commercial agreements with DXC Technology, Prepay Nation, ACI Worldwide, Tickets For Less, and InComm Payments covering deployment, prepaid value, remittance and bill pay, ticketing, and cash loading at 90,000+ retail locations.
Kiosks in market.
Pilot deployment is live in the Southwest under a phased monthly cadence designed to validate performance ahead of multi-retailer expansion.
